Half of a diptych — a figure of pure anger, shaped like a sword and dressed in violet.
The companion to Virtue of Love. The two pieces are designed to hang together — the same vertical proportion, the same negative space at the head and feet, the same palette inverted. Wrath holds a weapon. The smile is meant to feel rehearsed.
Worked vertically and tall so that the figure could not be contained in a single screen — the eye has to scroll to find the ground.
